These are the house rules for MAKERSTREET. By spinning the wall, creating an account, or just hanging out on the page, you accept what's written here. If a clause feels unreasonable, close the tab — that's a valid response too.

What MAKERSTREET is

MAKERSTREET is a free, points-only social entertainment platform built around a single graffiti-themed slot game. There is no real-money play. Points have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, exchanged for prizes, gift cards, vouchers, crypto, or anything else of value, by us or through any party we recognise. Anyone offering a cash-out service for our points is acting fraudulently.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. If your local jurisdiction sets a higher minimum age for slot-style entertainment (commonly 21), that higher age applies to you. By tapping past the age gate, you confirm both. We block known restricted regions at the network level and we'll close any account that turns out to be under-age, no notice required.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. We don't ask you for it. If your account is compromised, email us — we'll lock it within a working day. We can suspend or close any account that's used for cheating, scripting, abuse of other users, or attempts to drain the points economy. Closure means closure: points reset, history clears.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to break the game — bots, automated spinners, modified clients, the works.
• Don't pretend to represent MAKERSTREET unless you actually do.
• Don't post other people's personal info anywhere on the platform.
• Don't use the platform to advertise other gambling services.

Outages, changes, no guarantees

The wall goes down sometimes — server issues, maintenance, the occasional cable that someone unplugs by accident. We'll try to give notice. We can't promise the platform is error-free or always available. If you lose points to a bug, we'll restore the meter — we won't compensate you for time, frustration, or anything outside that.

The legal floor

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAKERSTREET and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to your use of the platform. These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where the operating entity is registered. Disputes go through that court system unless your local consumer law gives you a stronger right — in which case, that one wins.
