MAKERSTREET runs on a small amount of data. We're a points-only social slot — there's no wallet to protect, no card on file, no payouts to authenticate. That changes the shape of what we collect compared to a real-money operator. This page lays out what we do hold, why we hold it, and how to make us drop it.

What we collect

When you tap through the age gate, we save a tiny session flag in your browser so we don't nag you again on the next page. That flag isn't tied to your identity. If you create an account to keep your points across sessions, we ask for an email address and a chosen handle — nothing else. The email is used for password resets and the occasional service notice. We don't sell it, share it with marketers, or rent it out.

Server-side, we keep standard request logs (IP, browser type, page visited, time) for a short rolling window so we can debug, block bots, and answer abuse complaints. Logs are deleted on a 30-day cycle unless something flagged them as part of an ongoing issue.

What we don't collect

No payment data — there's nothing to pay for. No real names by default. No phone numbers. No location beyond the country-level signal your IP gives off (used to block restricted regions and nothing else). No tracking pixels from ad networks. We don't fingerprint your device for advertising purposes.

Cookies, briefly

Two functional cookies keep your age gate and cookie pick remembered. One analytics cookie, self-hosted, counts unique sessions per page so we know what to keep building. You can decline analytics from the banner without losing access. Full breakdown lives on the cookies page.

Your rights, in plain words

• Ask us what we hold about you — we'll send a copy within 30 days.
• Ask us to correct anything wrong — done within a week.
• Ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it — done within 30 days.
• Ask us to stop using your data for any specific purpose — say which, we'll stop.

Where the data sits

Our database lives on a server inside the EU. Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region. Nothing is replicated outside the EU. If that ever changes, this page changes first, and existing accounts get an email before the move happens.
